Overview
Those who are keen about Andaman may still not be acquainted with the fact that Hanuman, the monkey-human-form protg of Lord Ram…, is the one which is responsible for the origin of the name. Topography of the region is adorned with many an islet and rock; which forms a nonesuch feature about Andaman. If one was to count, then 26 islands are inhabited by humans. An extravagance of land could be found in the form of North Andaman, Middle Andaman, South Andaman, Little Andaman and Baratang.
